Calendar: subscription to a dynamic ICS

Unsure whether it is on the roadmap or not, it is not so fine-grained: a user should be able to subscribe to a dynamic web-based .ics and see the events displayed along side with my calendars. Subscription to a dynamic/life calendar, not an import of a static file. Example: holidays, club events, ...
