#General Hide tooltip when hovering over other element

Describe the bug Some tooltips in the UI obstruct other buttons, making them impossible to click until the mouse is moved sufficiently away from the initial element.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://runbox.com/app/
  2. Hover over the "Synchronize index" button in the lower left corner
  3. Observe that a tooltip is shown that hides the button "Compose bug report"

Expected behavior The tooltip should disappear when hovering over another button or link.
