#Mail :Support drag-and-drop of recipients between fields in Compose

In Compose, allow recipients to be moved between recipient fields by dragging and dropping them.

The recipient address drag&drop feature is now implemented from the "recently used" list to one of the address fields. For a good usability it would be good to have it also between the To, Cc, and Bcc fields.
