Mails get to spam although they should not
Some emails get into the spam folder. They should not (person in address book, marked as not spam earlier; and they are on the white list [!] ) in the first place. (Just to confirm: the address is not in the "Block senders" list.)
Reproducibility: in my mailbox emails from one address all get to the spam folder.
Doing the same in Runbox6, Runbox6 places the email to Inbox for ever. As expected.
Related or not: In Runbox7 mails get back to spam folder right after being marked as not spam. Would this be due to double query? In fact the DevTools network inspector shows two "not spam" queries being sent to the server when the "not spam" button is clicked.
When i mark the email as "not spam" it is moved into the inbox. If i do not place it in another folder right away, it will land in the junk folder miraculously again in a minute.
It was indeed due to a filter (unknowingly) set on an IMAP client. My apologies.
