Make password requirements the same for subaccount user + main account setting

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. My password wasnt working, so my boss set a new one for me, which worked - it contained upper+lower case letters and numbers. I went to set one of my own, and the input form would not accept my jumble of letters+numbers, it insists on a special character as well

Describe the solution you'd like Make the password rules the same everywhere (ideally remove the "special character" requirement - or at least tell the user which they are (the first non-letter/number I tried was not accepted)

Agree that password requirements should be consistent, and that special characters should not be required if the password is otherwise sufficiently complex.
