Empty rows shown after deleting/moving messages

Describe the bug Since https://github.com/runbox/runbox7/pull/1193 the list sometimes (not consistently) displays a blank entry after deleting a message, where the deleted message was shown. In smaller accounts the empty entry disappears after a short while, but in larger accounts it seems to remain:

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://runbox.com/app
2. Click to select one or more messages
3. Delete the selected messages
4. Observe that empty rows appear in place of the message entries

Expected behavior The message list should refresh to show a continuous list of messages without empty rows.
