2FA QR Code labels use % instead of @

Describe the bug If you don't enter a label for your QR code then the default is "Runbox: username/email" however, the email address uses the % symbol instead of the @ symbol.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Create new QR code and scan it.
