Notifications on incoming email continue after logout

Describe the bug After logging out, notifications on incoming email continue to appear in the browser.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://runbox.com/app
  2. Enable notifications in the browser
  3. Log out
  4. Observe that notifications continue to appear

Expected behavior Notifications should stop after logging out of the app.

@gtandersen this doesn't seem to be happening any more (no index updates / fetches after logout) - can you test/confirm?

@castaway Not able to reproduce this now (although I could not make the app produce notifications at all, possibly due to using Firefox containers).

Closing issue and it can be reopened again if needed.
