Bug reporting feature doesn't use default identity to send the report

The bug reporting feature has a bug where it doesn't necessarily send the report from the default identity as defined in the Identities settings. It appears at least in one case to default to the first alias listed.

I've tested it quite a bit and it doesn't seem to be an issue for me. Every time I change the default identity, it composes a bug report with the correct email. Although I noticed another issue -> #1077

I couldn't reproduce this issue either, but the customer genuinely sees it. It's more likely an identities bug and there are open issues about those so we may solve this issue in passing by solving one of those.
