Not a single pr was created since apr 30

I manually kicked off a specific pr creation today and it did create a pr. But why wont it auto create?

This pr #5613 kicked off and i see these errors

/bin/sh: 1: apk: not found

I wonder if the prs arent getting created due to failing pr checks

@nitrocode I'm author of #5611. I forgot that you use renovate bot here. You can close #5611 if you want and just upgrade the dependency with renovate after it's fixed.
