[feature request] Add extend info about nodes to web UI

So, on Nodes page we can see nodes list, but there is a lack of info about nodes. What is must have: page overall:

• same field like we have on Jobs - Nodes count (Nodes: 50)
• maybe info about count of runtimes: docker\shell (Docker: 10, Shell: 40) for each worker:
• queue settings (to understang why worker doesn't pickup tasks)

Also nice to have for each worker: os, cpu/mem info runtime - docker/shell
