Your module is one of the very few things showing up on grep, filing this ticket to get your attention towards https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=113635. It may be possible your logic is similarly flawed (I have not tested your module on these perls, can do so at a later stage).

Thanks! I copied portions of code from ExtUtils::HasCompiler, but I believe that the bug mentioned in that ticket does not apply to what I copied. I will keep this ticket open, however, so that if anything goes wrong it'll be easier to remember this.
