[Feature Request]: add store to connect searxng as RAG source

Feature Description

Searxng is a metasearch engine to grab all kinds of web search results together. I want to use the searxng interface as a llama-index store with suitable LLM. It seems there is no related store function for that now. Please consider add this SearxngStore.
