Trebuchet craches when setting screen display size below default

Under Display size and text menu, if you choose to make the display size smaller than normal, Trebuchet will crash and not recover. This will remove the functionality of the app switcher, as it relies on trebuchet.

Upon restart, Trebuchet will still fail until size is brought back up to at least default.
