TOFU For Enterprise WiFi Missing

The option to select "Do not validate" when connecting to a WPA2 Enterprise network without a certificate has been dropped as of Android 11.

Android 13 introduced Trust On First Use (TOFU) and a prompt asking if you want to trust an unsecure network should pop up the first time you try to connect. This does not happen on my Unihertz Titan running version 1.2 of the bgN ROM.

This feature works as expected on other phones running official builds of LineageOS 20 but it seems to be disabled in Gargoyle GSI
