Hi, quick question, isn't that a open group? By that I mean, every post there means that everyone that subscribed can see it?

If so I would advise against it. Why I say that: Every misconduct complaint should be a "private" one to avoid exposing both parties.

@avelino , I think that another open group would not help in this case, cause It'd still be an open group. I believe that the best approach here might be a closed group similar to what Go does (https://golang.org/conduct), with a committee that will issue the problems.
