containers vs file systems

This is just an issue to check what the latest terminology should be as t it seems references to filesystems has been changed in the portal back to containers. The SDK still refers to filesystems but I no longer see any other reference to it.

I noticed this recently. Naming is definitely container now so probably better to align to that.
