Document how to use GDB on windows with msys2

I tried pacman -Syu mingw-w64-x86_64-gdb But when I run gdb, I get no output, gdb closes immediately returning some non zero exit value. I assume I am doing this correctly so will follow up/report a bug/ask around later on.
