Simple example of one reference dataset predict test dataset

Hi Ruiyi,

scPretrain seems a fantastic tool! I'd like to use it on my own data. I've test the provided pipeline, it works fine!

I have two questions:

1. scPretrain have great power to integrated lots of datasets to train the model. For me, I need the simplest model which one 'labeled' reference dataset to train the model and predict one 'unlabeled' test dataset. Is it convenient for you to provide an example how to achieve that? (for example: using 'Enge' predict 'Baron_mouse')
2. The output of scPretrain are four statistical values, could you provide a list of cell type ('cell_ontology_class')?

I am a newer of python, so it's hard to alter the code myself. Thanks again for the great tool!
