Does mold support gcc12+lto multithread acceleration?

I use mold in our project,
with option -flto=auto -flto-partition=one -ffat-lto-objects -B/mold/path works ok, but there is no multithread acceleration (see from in top). Did I miss something?

-flto-partition=one

I believe this is the reason: you only used one partition for WHOPR and therefore the LTRANS step is simply not parallelized.
