There is no `assertMatches` [in the code](https://github.com/kward/shunit2/search?q=assertMatches&unscoped_q=assertMatches) currently, it's also not documented in the Readme.

No you cannot, but if this was implemented, the application inside the flatpak would not need to be adjusted, you would likely only need to put in some wrapper scripts...
