Reference Twitter Posts by Hashtag

Since we started promoting event-specific hashtags, I think it would be a nice addition to automagically include all Tweets for a specific Event (with the right hashtag) on the event-page.

This could also reduce the amount of work we have to do when collecting pictures, slidedecks etc.

This could be easily implemented by using the twitter timeline widget

Downside of this widget: it's not under control what is displayed which could be an issue for older events (f.e. a example timeline widget for #rughh just shows "empty timeline" while the twitter search for this tag shows some results)

So a solution could be to collect tweets with a background- or cronjob. But this needs this kind of jobs and it's maybe not available on every platform where onruby runs on? And it could be a huge list of tags which have to be updated over time.
