What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Opening up Shakespeer
  2. Initializes databases
  3. Then the message comes up saying it doesn't work

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? It is supposed to open up but never makes it that far. Instead it says "you've found a bug" ;)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? v.9.11

Please provide any additional information below.

I have deleted and re-installed. I don't have any schubd.log files ...or shashd files either. Or i might and I can't find them in spotlight. Any ideas? .

I attached the photo of what my screen looks like. I have seen a few other people who have gotten this message in earlier versions, but i did what you said to do for those and I still have that problem :-(

From [email protected] on April 14, 2009 16:56:18 I have deleted shakespeer and then re-installed it. I've tried deleting all files that say "shakespeer" off my computer. (I went to spot light, typed in shakespeer and then trashed everything that came up)...then reinstalled it.

and ...well actually that is it. I'm really not that great with the computer at all... so if you have any ideas could you please try to tell me what to do in as simple non-computer language as possible?.. that way i can be sure to follow exactly what you tell me:) thanks so much!
