What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Shakespeer for Mac OS 10.4

Please provide any additional information below.

My Shakespeer keeps telling me that I cannot download in either active or passive mode in the chat box. It says, "Downloading from other users in passive (or active, if I am in active) mode is currently disabled." I don't know what to do.
