Cannot connect

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. I have downloaded and shared files
  2. I have put in what I believe is the hub for my university 3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Mac Os Please provide any additional information below. It just says

[18:26] <Hub-Security> YnHub version: 1.036 produced by Yoshi, Nev and Todi. [18:27] <Hub-Security> You've been disconnected because the negotiation between your client and the hub took too long Disconnected from hub!
