Downloading files

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Download file
  2. Says complete in download section
  3. I go on my c drive to look for it and there is only maybe 3mb of an entire 1gb file for example.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? it says it is completed downloading the file but it hasnt.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? shakespeare mac

Please provide any additional information below.
