Provide option for not downloading files with matching TTH

Sometimes I will select a file that matches the TTH of a file I already have in my share folder or select a folder to download that contain files matching ones I already have. It would be nice to have an option that will not download a file if I already have it in my share, based on the TTH, whether I selected explicitly or as part of a folder.

This could be extended to flagging file entries in search results that match something I already have, so I can see that I already have it.

This reduces unnecessary duplicates and would also reduce bandwidth for stuff I already have.
