What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. keeping the complete and incomplete download file same.
2. search for alternative. 3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? 1.if i keep my complete and incomplete download same than this program will recognize the file as completed and shows that the download is complete . 2.search for alternative should be so that a a downloader can download from multiple user at the same time.but in this we can just download from 1 user at a time
