Panfu: Speech bubble is displayed incorrectly
Describe the bug
The speech bubble is a shape and the code only changes its width and height.

Expected behavior
The speech bubble should be displayed as in Flash.

@n0samu Sorry for the mention, but are there any updates on this? I assume this is related to NineSlice?
There are other parts where this occurs, for example in the emote menu:
Nine-slice scaling is implemented very strangely in Flash and it will take a lot of time to investigate and implement its various quirks. Can't promise that a dev will pick up this task anytime soon unfortunately
