Describe the bug

The game initiates properly, but on Ruffle nightly 2024-01-24 there are bugs:

1. On the screen where the player name needs to be created, there's no buttons for game levels. They only appear after the default name is deleted and entered from scratch

2. Players sprites have visible, dark boxes around them (see the screenshot).

Expected behavior

1. Show the buttons on the player name screen
2. Remove the dark boxes around the players
