I'm not sure, but it's possible that these are causing the issue:

Unhandled FSCommand: fullscreen
Unhandled FSCommand: allowscale
Unhandled FSCommand: showmenu

this game just auto fullscreens and you can't easily get out when using ruffle and is still broken

This is still buggy. In normal Flash even in fullscreen mode the actual flash content doesn't stretch to the whole screen and stays in a playable size. Additionally Flash seems to have blue background.
