最新版AdGuardHome无法获取版本号，导致应用无法安装使用

全新安装后更新核心，更新完之后无法获取核心版本号，导致页面访问报错：

经检查，新版AdGuardHome核心版本信息是version 0.103.3，但是获取版本信息的命令是grep -m 1 -E 'v[0-9.]+' -o，因此已无法正常获取版本信息，需要更新版本获取命令。
