Yeah, I also found wqy-unicode.lff but it is indeed 42MB uncompressed and almost 8MB as an "ultra" compressed `gz` file. After the mentioned discussions it was eventually removed from LibreCad...

In my virtual machine with macOS Mojave (10.14.6) under VirtualBox on Windows the scroll wheel zooms just fine.
