Update log parsing to support loglevel in 4.1.10+

SERVER-37743: Include loglevel in log messages changes the log format as of the 4.1.10 MongoDB server release. Log parsing should be able to copy with this variation and mlogfilter should have a flag to filter by loglevel (if present).
