Request: Ability to use Google Application Default Credentials

Currently, Google Cloud sources and destinations require a service account key. Open-source data planes running on Google Cloud infrastructure (or any workload authenticated with a GCP service account for that matter) can leverage using the Application Default Credentials and use short lived access tokens instead.
