update oauth dependency version

The latest version of oauth is 0.5.1. Can we get support for this? Thanks.

Give https://github.com/ruckus/quickbooks-ruby/issues/329 a look for maintainer feedback when'd I'd opened a similar issue. My 2 cents is that the oauth gem seems like a bit of a mess. I should have made some notes but it definitely wasn't a drop in replacement. Please give it a try and post your experience.
