Feature request: ability to generate more detailed report

Hi! It would be great for reporting purposes to have the option to request a more detailed report with details such as:

• date/time/timezone of scan
• version of ruby advisory database at time of scan (post-update of course if an update is requested)
• directories scanned
• all gems (with versions) scanned ** currently bundler audit only shows detected vulnerable gems

Please add this "all" / "verbose" / (not sure what to call it) feature.
