Bootstrap collapse component: specific question should be open when clicking on anchor link

Donate anchor leads to the faq, but not to the specific question. Answers open by clicking on the question via javascript. Maybe it's better to have a direct link?

ToDo: Check out if and how we can ensure that the specific question opens up if we use the anchor link. We need this to send the link to the "How to profile" as well.
