Add Playtime-themed error pages

Right now, we're using the boring, default rails error pages:

default rails 404

They do the job, but it'd be nice to have something that matches the rest of the site's aesthetic.

Here's Playtime's homepage and our app staging site for reference. The static errors can be found in public/404.html, public/422.html, and public/500.html.
