Bug: Filters not partially working

I noticed when working in the demo environment that the filters aren't affecting the data as expected... I was using the ask/offer filters to reduce the list and create data, only to find that when I thought I had done them all... there were items hidden in the filter.

Filtering on asks or offers only shows those items, but filtering on all lists items that should have also displayed in one of those filters.

Note sure if this is from misconfigured data when seeded... or a functional bug. See attached.

contributions #53 and #41 currently seem to have this issue

follow-up to this... it seems that these items only show when ALL filters are on... I tested the theory against the locations filters also.

Maybe this has something to do with matched vs unmatched contributions? Does that seem right to you?

Either way, this spurred me to make some progress today on #546, so that's good
