Migrate from `erblint` to `erb_lint`

Description

This small PR migrates to erb_lint due to the deprecation of erblint. See warnings in CI logs:

Calling `erblint` is deprecated, please call the renamed executable `erb_lint` instead.

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

@emmanuel-ferdman This makes sense to me. Holding off on approval/merging until we solve a problem that popped up with the last staging deploy.
