Add the year to the month labels on trend reports

Why?

Bank request - reduce confusion

Details

There are 3 trend reports, accessible through the Reports menu (then donations - trend, purchases-trend, or distributions-trend). Bring up the report, then click an item or two to select them. You will see months along the horizontal axis of the graph. These months should have the appropriate year added ( a 2 digit year might be better than a 4 in this context, but use your judgement).
