For better demonstration of dashboard, and partner approval

Details

use [email protected] for the email, please -- easy pattern to remember. the partner should have at least the agency information portion of the profile filled in. You can go wild and fill it all in if you want!

Hint: in db/seeds.rb near where we are creating the Pawnee Parent Service ([email protected])
