Summary

Add a comment field to the product drive participant

Why

So the banks can keep some info about the person to refer to when contacting them for future drives

Details

• Add the field in the new product participant -- both when you enter a donation, and under Community|Product Drive Participants (in case those are different)
• Add the field to editing the product participant (under Community | Product Drive Participant)
• And, of course, to the view.
• Limit to 500 characters

Criteria for completion

• [ ] Field added to the places mentioned above
• [ ] Tests to support that it can be entered under donation and under Community
• [ ] Tests to support that it can be viewed under Community | Product Drive Participant
