Restyling checkboxes in partner areas, part II

Summary

There are a few checkboxes in the system that are not showing properly. We got some of them addressed via PR #4280, but there's more! Fix'em!

Details

We have found the following additional checkboxes that are not showing properly. Note: deficiencues observed using Chrome, which is the only browser we officially support) Here is a list of more checkboxes that we know need fixing:

on partners/children, "Show Active Only?"
on partners/families, "Include Archived?"
on partners/profile/edit, "No Social Media Presence"

You can look at the PR 4280 for how a similar issue has been solved.

Criteria for completion

[ ] the fields noted above look/feel/work like checkboxes
[ ] Please provide screenshots in your PR

Bonus round

[ ] Find others that need attention -- there might not be any!
