Summary

Provide the facility to print all the pending requests that match the current filter

Why?

So they can be used in the warehouse as pick lists

Details

Only print pending requests, as a PDF.

New page for each request

Make the format for this page similar to the distribution printout format, Include the header information, except for the Items Received Year to Date

For the item list, include Items Requested, Quantity requested, and columns for packages and quantity fulfilled, so the values can be added in if it's printed out.

Criteria for completion

-[ ] Ability to print requests as above added to the request index for the banks -[ ] tests to support this
