Reporting on total inventory value
Summary
There isn't any report/export that shows the total inventory value for the items. This info should be added to the storage locations report
Why?
Information for the banks for grants and other reporting purposes (such as insurance)
Details.
Add column to the storage location view that shows current total market value for the items. Total it. Add column to the storage location export that shows current total market value of objects in each storage location.
Other things to know/consider:
We have checked with the stakeholders on whether they need/want this on an item basis in the export. The answer was no -- on an aggregate basis is sufficient We have a pricing history feature request in the queue which would impact this. I don't think it needs to postpone it though.
Criteria for completion
- [ ] inventory value column added to storage location report show , along with total values

BLOCKING NOTE:
Blocked by the event sourcing work -- because we'd have to redo it, potentially.
This is no longer blocked, but we should probably discuss it in the planning meeting
