Summary

Add the date fulfilled to the distribution list and distribution export.

Why?

Inventory items get adjusted at fulfillment. Banks need to have this information to understand why inventory items are what they are at particular dates.

Details

Here is a mockup of what the new distribution list would look like.

Use the distribution created_at date as the "initial allocation"

Criteria for completion

• [ ] Confirm that a request distribution is created at "Save" rather than "Fulfill request"
• [ ] headings/labels changed as indicated
• [ ] added column as indicated to the list
• [ ] added column as indicated to the export
• [ ] tests to support inclusion of request fulfilled column
