Right now the support tickets populate into both the support channel and the human essentials project.
Quite a few of them do not need developer attention, so we have to delete them, and often, even if they do, the actual solution is not what the original ask was.
So, the support ticket populated into the human essentials project is a waste of our time. It was a good thought, but it doesn't quite do the job.
CL's pretty sure there's a zapier job -- we'll need to get zapier into the hands of someone who is currently working on HE to accomplish this.
Criteria for completion
- [ ] support tickets are still populating into the spreadsheet and into the slack channel, but not into the human essentials project.
This issue is marked as stale due to no activity within 30 days. If no further activity is detected within 7 days, it will be unassigned.
Putting a hold on this for now -- we want them coming through until/unless we get the integrations set up again.
Have put the "BLOCKED" label on this -- though there isn't another github issue, there is stuff that needs to be addressed before we do this.
