Summary

Emails are being dropped/blocked by some providers (yahoo). We think setting up DMARC/SPF/etc will help.

DMARC! SPF!

We use sendgrid; we'll need to follow their documentation and also get access to our DNS settings. See https://docs.sendgrid.com/ui/sending-email/how-to-implement-dmarc

Criteria for Completion

  • [ ] DMARC set up
  • [ ] SPF set up
  • [ ] DKIM set up
  • [ ] Whatever other recommendations for sendgrid
